Fidelity Charitable, donor-advised fund (DAF) is a tax-exempt investment account for charitable giving. According to Council of American Islamic Relation, CAIR’s 2021 Islamophobia Report The Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund poured close to $7 million into Islamophobia Network groups between 2017 and 2019. Between July 2017-June 2018, it gave the American Freedom Law Center (AFLC) $1,200,370. In August 2017, the AFLC filed an amicus curiae brief in the U.S. Supreme Court supporting President Trump’s Muslim Ban
